Last night's featured bullshit: French fries are a vegetable!! Technically, I guess this is true, but when agencies that should know better (federal school lunch program), mandate this as a guideline, it's an outlandish lie. I frowned. I squinted. I got angry.
Last night's featured inspiration: High schoolers taking charge in a professional kitchen. Yes, this is television but it's a great series for a good cause, so the motives of the establishment don't concern me. I smiled. I cried. I felt joy.
